At The Hayes, children are at the heart of everything we do. We place great importance on pupils’ personal development and well-being. Our dedicated and highly skilled staff team work collaboratively to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs. Teaching is underpinned by strong subject knowledge, effective assessment and timely support, ensuring that no child is left behind. Alongside academic achievement, we provide rich opportunities in sport, the performing arts and wider enrichment, enabling pupils to discover their strengths and develop their talents.
